INGREDIENTS: Chamomile, lavender, lemon balm

DIRECTIONS: Pour hot water over two teaspoons of tea blend. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy a cup 1-2 hours before bed

INTENDED USE: Great before bed for you and the kids. Try not to fall asleep mid-sip

INGREDIENTS: Cramp bark, ginger, wild yam, chamomile, lemon balm, rose petals

DIRECTIONS: Pour hot water over two teaspoons of tea blend. Let it steep for 10 minutes, longer if you want is stronger. Strain and enjoy with lots of honey. This one can be a bit bitter.


INTENDED USE: When Aunt Flow shows up, start with 1-2 cups every 4-6 hours. BUT when she starts causing you pain and ruining your plans, increase to 1 cup every 1-2 hours until she leaves.

INGREDIENTS: Calendula, lavender, rose petals, nettles, spearmint

DIRECTIONS: Pour hot water over 2-3 teaspoons of tea blend. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Pour over ice

INTENDED USE: When you want a refreshing iced tea but don’t have the patience for sun tea
