Things Can Only Get Better

Single Use Smudge Sticks

OTHER COOL STUFF

INGREDIENTS:  Sage, rosemary, lavender, rose petals

DIRECTIONS:

  • Open a Window. Negative energy needs an exit route! Crack open a window or door unless you want all the bad vibes to just circle around like an Uber.
  • Light It (without setting your hair on fire). Ignite the tip of your smudge stick. Let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out until it’s smoldering.
  • Say a Mantra. Banish the bad vibes and welcome in the good ones. Say things like “Begone, bad vibes!” or “Not today” or "Out Damned Spot!"
  • Gently wave the smoke around yourself, your space or anything that needs an energy reset. Move with intention, this is not a race.
  • Smudge the Corners (that's where the ghosts hide… kidding... maybe). Energy tends to collect in corners, so make sure you give them a little extra attention. Also, hit doorways, windows and anywhere you’ve felt “meh” energy lately.
  • When you’re done, gently press the smudge stick into a fireproof bowl, sand or a little dish. Do NOT put it in the trash until it is completely out and cooled.
